Prior to that, she worked at Ernst & Young, within their audit team. Mrs. Conde holds a degree in accounting from Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) and a master’s degree in Corporate Finance, from the Universidad del Centro de Estudios Macroeconómicos de Argentina (UCEMA).

Alejandro Scannapieco is Co-Partner Business Hacking Studio. Before this, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Globant. As such, he successfully led the Company to its IPO in July 2014, making Globant the first IT services company from Latin America to be listed on the NYSE.

Prior to joining Globant in 2008, Alejandro previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Microsoft South Cone and Patagon South America, as well as Senior Finance Analyst at JP Morgan. Alejandro has a post-graduate degree in capital markets, a degree in public accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina. He has also completed a post-graduate degree in finance from Torcuato Di Tella University.

Monica joined Morgan Stanley in 2015 as head of Business Architecture for Wealth Management, where she drove efforts on process optimization and risk management.
Monica helps foster the next generation of technology leaders as part of the Morgan Stanley Women in Technology group and serves as the North America lead for Morgan Stanley Technology Change Makers, a volunteer program that delivers impactful technology solutions to non-profits.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2015, Monica held leadership positions spanning business, technology, and operations across the institutional and private wealth sectors at a number of major financial services firms, including Merrill Lynch, Bank of America and UBS. 
She enjoys volunteering with philanthropic organizations and programs to increase financial literacy.
